I'll post pics for you when I get back. Never made it to Daytona Bike Week, we'll see how it goes. Headed down with some friends that go every year.

Some Doof needs to set a time & place for an impromptu Doof gathering down there in Daytona.
If I see anyone sportin' a patch, I'll be sure to say 'Hi".
What's the hand sign, '4' with the right hand and '3' with the left or visa-versa?
Come to think of it, how many is '4'...how many is '3'?

So do any of you guys do Thunder Beach? I was thinking about giving it a shot this May.

Thunder Beach is a fun rally, great venues and partys. Always good bands and if you like Blues, find where Big Mike and the Booty Papas are playing and check them out. I can't make it to the Spring Rally, but will make the Fall Rally in September.

I'm a Florida wannabee. My family lives in Port St. John, Cape Canaveral and Melbourne. I get down as often as possible and am hoping to be there in a couple of weeks. I rode down and back last year.

i lived down there my whole life and moved to no ga nov '05.
used to live on the water and would toss a cast net in the am and keep the three biggest mullet. butterfly em, a little seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil and throw em in the smoker on the dock. ready for a late lunch. during football season they'd be ready at halftime.:bowdown:

Mmmmmmmm.....smoked mullet....used to buy them and green boiled peanuts from roadside vendors back home (North of Ocala)...........

Used to be a dumpy little place on the Tampa side of the causeway called The Mullet Inn. Absolutely great smoked mullet and smoked shrimp. Crowded all the time. Sadly, the place was sold, and the new owners decided to go "upscale." It went out of business soon after. :badmood:

That's pretty much happened to all of the old places around here. There are still a couple of old shacks left, but the really good ones are convenience stores now.
