Rock Sandwich

I use to make these up and take 'em with me to munch on while riding the ski lifts.
Cheaper then anything you could buy at the ski lodge.
Ingredents
Kiaser Rolls
Genoa salami
Butter
Peanut Butter
Sweet Pickles - sliced
Swiss Cheese

How To
Cut the roll in half. Spread butter on both halves of roll. Spread peanut butter on both halves of roll. Place, in this order, a slice of Genoa, a slice of Swiss cheese, sweet pickles, a slice of Genoa, a slice of Swiss cheese on one of haf of the roll. Put the other half of the roll on top to complete the sandwich. Chow down!
The reason it is called a 'Rock' sandwich is because after you eat one it feels like you got a rock in your stomach, but they taste pretty good.
