I learned how to plug in a battery charger this evening. I can help out there, at least as long as it has one of the sae connectors anyway....

Actually its my front end shake/wobble. And I need to change out the fluid.

Ok Geno, I'm in.
That wobble can be cause by many things, the most common is tire air pressure and a loose steering head.
Mis-alignment of the tires and wear in the motor mounts and swing arm bushing can also, but are less common.

should I replace my cupped front tire before or after I change out the fluids in my forks? What weight fork oil? I was told to move up to heavy duty, any suggestions?

Geno, I had a wobble, more like an up and down yawing during very low speed and high speed turns... I put some Progressive 440s on the rear and it took care of the front end wobble... I was shocked.
I was told SE oil in the front and Progressive makes a set of progressively wound front fork springs as well. If your springs are old, you might think about replacing them.
It's got to be easier to replace the tire when you do the oil and springs...
