To be sure we have plenty of riders here who qualify as Doofs or one of the above listed.
Anyway, had to start a thread for NC.

We need more representation. If your in Eastern NC, you are much closer to NC 43. Isn't it just North of Wilmington?

Without looking at a map first (remember, I'm a doof prospect)
I believe 43 runs from the Northern counties (ie. Halifax) down to
the Southern counties. I know it runs from Halifax down through Pitt
(near Greenville) and then continues Southward.
I made a run from here (Goldsboro) over to uh, ummm, I believe I
was somewhere around Edgecomb county when I picked up 43.
I believe I got on 43 just outside of Pinetops then went towards
Greenville. I used to ride on 43 up in Halifax county, or was it over
in Warren county?
One of these days I'll look at a map again. when I ride around here in the
countryside I just ride. sooner or later (if you get lost) you'll run
into a 4 laner that will let you know which way to go home.
Remember, never ask for directions, just stop, buy gas, and keep
riding.
