I'd like to take Fuji, my shitsu, with me to Sturgis this year. I've seen some of them in magazines but not sure which one works best.

I've looked at a few pet carriers that you wear, but haven't seen anything that I thought would work well for me. If ya would, post up if you find something that works and is reasonably priced.

Mori55 from VTF uses a T bag. Small dog but he says it works great.

You can't go wrong with the T-Bag Pet Carrier... Great quality, unique zip fastener, adjustable ventilation w/ security straps. A bit pricy..but well worth it..http://www.tbags.com/detail.aspx?ID=57&SelectedCat=3

I'm going to check that Jack pack out Chromer.
We use this baby carrier we bought at Pet Smart with a harness that snaps inside the pouch.
To be honest it is not comfortable riding position.

We have a mini-Schnauzer, and we take him with us. He rides inside a large coat my wife wears with his paws on my left shoulder. We are worried about his hearing. Do any of you have any advice for ear plugs for a dog?

I'm working on a helmet carrier right now for my English Bull Terrier. I've also just enrolled in a special neck training program at my Gym...

...maybe I shouldn't even respond....thread's kinda old, but I recently gave in and got a "Road Hound." The T-Bag carrier looked interesting and to be good, at reasonable (to me, comparatively) price, but I don't think roomy enough for my pooch. If you have a Shih Tzu I'd check for fit/room first! Mine's 1/2 Shih Tzu-1/2 whatever kind of Poodle (Shih-A-Poo), and just under 12 lb. The Road Hound "Pee Wee" is perfect for her! Expensive(!), but excellent quality and best overall way I could find to go. I've been using it just stapped behind me sideways on passenger seat temporarily, but I'm in process of gettin' it together with the H-D "Detachable Two-Up Tour-PakŪ Rack" quick release set-up, with passenger pad (Mustang, bracket type) mounted directly to the front of it. Gotta do whatchya gotta do. I'll use it enough to be worth it to me AND the wife!!!

P.S./Note: They've been in process of changing from aluminum to ABS... I got aluminum while I still could as that was what I wanted. Some of why I went ahead and jumped/gave in before it was tooo late...

Nah. Tried a pair on her here locally, but too much like "blinders." She kinda instantly acted like she felt like Stevie Wonder/Ray Charles (before he passed, R.I.P.). A more "bubble" type lens design would seem to be better than solid tunnels w/outer lens. :dunno: :2cents:
