yep...She gave me a decent price when I bought the Fat Cat for my Heritage, but she was right up front an dtold me she proabbaly wasn't the best price on some stuff, because she has to get it from other suppliers.

Its kind of strange at first if you're used to typical internet buying where you get a ton of emails and confirmations...

Jenni is the parts manager, and doesn't have a lot of time for small talk, or research. If you can find out the part number you need, things go alot faster. If you have to call back, you will do best to leave your cell number, and she will call you back. Do the research before you call her, and it will be a smooth savings for you. She works her a$$ off to please you, but she is still the parts MANAGER at a busy H-D dealership...get it!?

I pulled the trigger on a set of heads I've been eyeballing for a while on Monday. Thing is.... they've been in the S.E. catalog... but the new 2010 catalog didn't have them. Chicago quickly emailed me. Discontinued & order cancelled. While exploring this site last night I found this thread. I called Jenni this morning & gave her part numbers. She told me the same thing... but... she said let me go online & see if I can find a set. 30 seconds later she had located a set & said she would have them Wednesday & they would be in Georgia on Friday.

That's why I asked to see if I had read it wrong. It sounded like too much of a discount.

I would recommend calling and asking about the price OTD...have your part number handy. What's the worst that could happen? She has always been more than reasonable...even after she found out I was DC.
