It is a great bike. Quick to. But do you think it looks a bit small for me?

If you say that 100 times it might come true,

Gray,
That's quite the spot you have entered into. Complete satisfaction. Suppose I'll never live there. Too many parts, too much chrome, so little time. Congrats!

P.S. Did you ever get that chrome linkage put on. Or you still riding it around in the saddle bag. It's been there since KC.

Yeah. It's about time to "call it". When you buy chrome parts and don't even bother to put them on anymore. It's about dun.

How about the chrome four and a half inch risers I bought that are waiting to be wrinkle finished? As soon as this cast comes off, I'm scuffing them puppies, painting them with 3 coats and putting them in the oven for 20 min at 250 degrees. Got any chrome ya want scuffed?

If my bike had come the way it is now, I may have been able to leave well enough alone too...as it is, it had a long way to go before I was satisfied.

Even if I could afford a new SE ultra classic, I'd have to do a stage one, and upgrade the suspension before I could call it done.

O.K. I had a buddy give me a set of 95 ci cylinders.
Got another one who is giving me 95 ci heads.
If I wait long enough, people will keep mod'ing their bikes and giving me their old stuff. I'll have all the parts in no time.
...still 'doghoused' from last weekend when the OL found the cylinders in the back of her car, though.

I always figure if I bought a new 2007, I would have to spend another $10K to get her custom to me. It's cheaper to keep replacing parts on my old '93.

Gray,
Take asprin and go to bed, quick!!
We'll call 911 and have a truck dispatched asap.
You'll be better after a rest in the hospital.

Don't worry, this will pass and you will get better.

Everytime I think the bike is just about right. Some other dude on a Harley rides right by me. And the process starts all over again.

Two things here guys-
1. You missed the important point. He said he has no upgrades or mods planned.

2. Quit reminding me of all the things I can't afford to do to mine!

dammmm I need to find a job....
