I've been wanting to take a ride to Bushkill Falls and do Route 6 out to the Penny Grand Canyon, but I can't seem to find the time. Maybe this'll be the year.

I know nothing about the area, Angle. Maybe one day this spring/summer you could show me around? The locals always know the best spots.

Darrell -- Make a Deal with you -- After my surgery and recovery since we live so close to each other I would be willing and honored to take the ride with you if your inclined to do so -- I havent been up there since moving to Millville from North Jersey and really miss the mountains --- I know a lot of back country roads North of TRENTON to make the ride a real enjoyable and scenic ride -- 1 thing though plan on at least an overnight trip -- Maybe we can meet Angle when we get up there let me know if your interested and we can talk at the March HOG MEETING and finalize the plans.

Peace
Dan

TXChop-----------two words....Pine Bush! So far, you live the closest.

Darrell, Dan, TX, and anyone else,......theirs acres here to camp/cook/shoot on and theres a few hotels in the area. My little town here is Lake Ariel/Hamlin.
Theres a recreational community here called the "Hide Out" (just a landmark for you).
Dan, some of the best fishing (Bass) I've ever expierenced is at my backdoor (almost). The "Lackawaxen" goes forever and has some of the best fishing, in some of the wierdest spots. For instance, theres a donut shop in Scranton. Behind it and down the bank is a stretch of river that produces the biggest trout consistently.
You guys are welcomed anytime. PM me and I'll give you my number and directions.

If you make it to the Grand Canyon you will not regret it. It is beautiful up there and the town ow Wellsboro is a quaint little town. People are very friendly and lots of good places to eat. My OL and I go up there 3 to 4 times a year. Route 6 is one of the most scenic rodes that I have ridden on.

The state has marked Rt.6 (throughout) with the highest priority for repair. Knowing this govenor, it'll take a very long time to happen

Angle, good post. As an FYI, the webmaster of http://www.motorcycleroads.us/pa.html is the president of my Red Knights chapter.

Looking forward to a good summer of riding in PA!
