Or duck, goose, venison etc.
This is for about 4lbs.
In a deep pot,
1/4 cup diced onion
4 crushed cloves of garlic
3/4 cup red wine or white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire
1/4 cup brown sugar
4-5 bay leaves
1/4 cup whole pepper corn
1 cube chicken or beef bullion
Brown meat in olive oil with onion and garlic
add ingredients and bring to a slow bubble.
Cook for 1/2 hour covered.
Uncover and cook for another ten minutes.
Set pot in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Heat and serve over rice.
