Welcome from Kansas, Old Cowboy. The basement has room for another pair of boots at the front door.

I guess I'm supposed to tell a little about myself.

To quote Murphy, "I'm old enough to know better." I hale from the Bootheel of Missouri; speak with a southern accent; have spent significant periods in Georgia, Texas, Colorado and Germany; and bought my first motorcycle and my first Harley in July of '06. I've got 4 cats, 3 dogs, 3 horses, 2 trucks and one wife. I like riding horses and motorcycles.

I only have one question: Are the gAZINTAs kinda like the Shriners of Doofdom? I mean, do you start out as a Doof first then rise to the level of gAZINTa where the 4 and the 3 meld into 7?

Totally different; GazintAs are a species, dOOFS are a sub-species

Welcome to the forum

The cream rises to the top.

That would be Doof Officers.

What you left out is that the dead bugs also rise to the top.
That'd be the gAZINTAs.

Howdy...... seems appropriate.

gAZINTas are sort of like the saddle bums compared to real cowboys.
Trade their horse and saddle for a warm beer.

Funny...After he said he has a southern accent, I immediately went back to the start of the post and read it imagining a southern accent.

Steve's good man. So is John, Steve's son.

Too bad about the purple thing, though. It rubbed off on John.

John should be along any day, now.
