Hello my frozen fellow riders...La Crosse here.

I drive 100-200 miles a day for work. Last month seeing lots of cops tucked away, waiting to write tickets. Atleast in SE wisconsin. So keep your speeds down.

I don't know if there is a initiave to stop speeding, want to generate more revenue, justify expenses, get fed money.

What irks me is no awareness campaign. Usually when they do seat belt or drunk driving crack downs, they will say in June police will be out, ect and you will be ticketed.

With no warning, I tend to think, they are not worried about our safety. People have been speeding for years, they let it happen. To know start writing tickets out of nowhere is BS. I know the laws are there. But to let somebody do something for years, and then all the sudden ticket it them is wrong. If they really care about my safety do some adds, along with enforcement.

Either way watch out. I will usually stick my hand out and flap up and down when I pass a cop, and another bike is coming at me.
