My heads are in Arizona.

My bike is in Delaware.

And

I left my heart in San Francisco.

and i scored a set of JE forged 10 1/4 95 inch pistons on ebay NIB today for 197.00..... ok cams and gear drives next, new oil pump and a couple of other goodies and will be time to tear down

Some of you need a calendar. Though I can't say much, my parts were pack ordered last year, and got them exactly a year ago today.

Switched out the heads today. Took about 6 hours. Got to ride it about 12 miles back to the house from my buddy's garage. Started right up. Let it run for a few minutes, thought we heard something. Turns out it was just the extra thump from the increased compression.

Was glad to see that the bores looked perfect on the BB with 22k on them.

First impression is,

It hauls the freight.

No tune yet, using a tweaked map that was close.
