I'm officially pissed. Yes, they come with dual O2s, sound great and kick ass from 2k to redline, but do you think maybe the welds should hold for more than a week?

The core came tack welded to a ring that bolts on the muffler. The welds broke within a week. Knowing this will certainly happen again on a rubber mounted engine, I welded a bead across the whole thing and ground it down. One week later, the ring develops a crack from the bolt hole about three inches along the face. So I weld that. Now the other side cracks.

Anyone else having the same kind of results?

I'm ready to spend on a Pro-pipe....
these were suggested as having the same flow characteristics...
I don't know...

I still secretly want the 2:1 Big Radius....

Probably close. V&H makes the header. The muffler and baffle is quite a bit different from what I've seen.

But more importantly, they don't make a Pro 2-1 for the 07 Dyna. I really like the pipe and would love to somehow make it work.

I'd try and get my money back. Sometimes things like that happen with a new bike and new product for it. They need to work out the bugs and redesign it...

put a pro pipe on the ol sporty, baffle cracked at the mounting bolt and about 2 inches across, in about 11 months
