Hey Dave I dont know if you remember me or not. I was carnochanm over at the other place . I met you at your BBQ joint and brought a bunch of coworkers with me to eat and you showed me around. I then sat in the dining area and ate until I was miserably stuffed. Very good food there. I need to get back over there soon Dave.

Our Pig Sauce won 3rd Place, 2007 NBBQA Awards of Excellence...Vineagar, Mild category.

We've been pretty stoked about that!

For my first decent meal on a Friday night in 6 weeks (post lent), I decided to head over to Smokey Hollow for some Q. Let me just say that Dave's place does it up right!! Piled so high, it's sure to satisfy these ladies... <click> (http://youtube.com/watch?v=6PLyruHv7EI)

(Jams posted that clip earlier...added for effect, and I still think it's funny!)

The “Gorilla” sauce was as awesome – Big, Bold and Spicy like the label says. And as the good Doctor indicated, “very tasty.” All kidding aside, this is the place if you're in the area and are looking for some good eats or having something catered! Good job Dave :thumbsup: "Very nicely done."

PS Dave, <this> (http://www.woai.com/guides/recipe/story.aspx?content_id=1A3222EE-EEEB-42B9-ADD7-E5DDD7504AEF) might be similar to the "hot slaw" I was talking about.?.

I'm gonna ask my buddy Jay, he has Alabama Barbecue over on the Eastern Shore about hot slaw. Interesting.

I'm gonna try the recipe tomorrow or Monday.
