Welcome aboard and congratulations on your new "Banned " patch. Sounds like you could have got some _ _ _ wings at the same time if you played your cards right.

The proper treatment would be "tie a knot in yer tail" ...jes' sayin'

Yeah .. Mama would just whip yer butt with it and get it over with, bless her heart.

Now Grandma!! (shudder, duck, whimper, cringe) was a different story. Man, Grandma and Josef Mengele were twins but Mengele had life easy. Grandma grew up hard on the Nebraska plains. She chastised me exactly one time in thirteen years.

With Grandma the switch better come from the weeping willow tree out back and it better be just right. She'd be bawlin' ya out the whole time she's stripping the leaves off and then she'd cut the end off with her jack knife; bawlin' about you screwin' up and about how much more it was gonna hurt her than you. Damn! she'd get in a lather just gettin' prepared!

Once she got the switch right she'd make ya drop trou, turn around and spread yer bare legs, she'd stick that knobby limber switch between them just below yer shorts and she'd switch that sucker back and forth on the inside of yer thighs - the end of it would slap all the way to the front of yer thighs. If she didn't get the right effect, she'd snatch on the switch and bring some skin back with it. Nobody, and I mean nobody, jacked Grandma around.

Man .. to this day every time I see a weeping willow tree I break out in hives. Hell, the temperature dropped twenty degrees and my throat's closing up just thinkin' about it.

We had to get ours from a Lilac bush, and my mom would use it till it broke. Once I cracked the switch before I handed it to her and it broke the first time she hit me, that was a mistake, she went and got her own then, it was a big one.

I'm not doing the Bikers ball or the ride (@#$%ing work) but I might catch up with her downtown. Mobile's finest escorts the bikes along the parade route; passengers throw beads, etc., at the cheering crowd with mucho gusto; and they block off a side street to accomodate parking the bikes.
