My son and I went riding yesterday. His buddy has a field set up with a bunch of dirt ramps, couple doubles, bermed corners. It was a great time.

I had to pull the plug on my son. He would not quit, and was getting braver and braver. He was flying off the jumps. I made it through the day without dumping mine. I'm ready for spring

Ange my first bike was a 1974 Suzuki TS185. I got it when I was 15. It was great bike. I rode that thing to its death.

Got the flywheel puller in the mail today to fix the xr 185.

The timing chain does not move when I turn the crankshaft.

Must be cam gear to crankshaft relationship...

Fun - 1985 ***** ATC 350X - Could run with about an hours attention. Needs a little other work. Never ride it, if it's nice enough to ride it, It's nice enough to get the Heritage out.

Here is the beastly Cr-500.

What a great trip, summer before last.

Took the kids to Vermont and managed to have a blast.

The rear sprocket on the 500 got to the point where it had all the teeth go away...Remove a couple of links and had to take easy on the gas.

Rode my Buddies newer KTM 200 last weekend on some power lines.

WOW what a machine

The Suspension has come light years ahead of my old bikes.

Good thing it was so fugging hot out. If I was not sweating my tackle box off, I might of ridden beyond my limits again and had some dirt for lunch.

Stand on the peggs, ride the hill climb. The back wheel roosting as the front end is floating....Priceless

Not too shabby for a middle aged, bald headed sailor.

I have been looking over some of the new dirt bikes. They have sure put some technology in those from when I went to the moto-cross races as a kid.

Back in the day of Bultaco and CZ. I remember when h o n d a came out with their two stroke and started winning everything in sight.

I bet that it was a blast to ride that bike! :woohoo:

I like the looks of that bike. I mess around on a dirtbike too. It has been to hot here to do much riding latley. My son rides his no matter what. His riding abilities and "lack of fear" has passed my expertise. So everytime we ride he dusts me and/or I crash. I'm about to give it up. Or find a nice 4 stroke trail bike.

The 500 only starts if the kick starter is positioned at the very top and you need to use youe entire body weight on the ball of your foot.

I have slipped off and taken it to the wrong part of the foot on many a try.

look what i just traded a lawn mower for...

My 11 year old daughter and I are going to ride.

First she will learn how to rebuild a carb and clean out a gas tank.

Never mind the fact that this heap makes 8 bikes in the garage....only the roaking actually runs.

The couch is comfy

Took on the power lines again today....Fauging awesome.

one and a half hour orgasm.....

It is coming back.

My rear tire is worn so I get a false sense of megalomania as I side around with both feet on the pegs
