Hello All,

I'm currently President of the Wayfarers Chapter of the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association. We are located out of Louisville, Ky but the Association is International. We are a group of Master Masons who promote Masonry in the motorcycle world and vice versa. We are not a 1% club nor are we brand specific. I ride a 2006 Dyna Street Bob and I ride it like I stole it. I happened upon your website after reading about it on Louisvillemojo.com. This is a really cool site, informative and fun all together. I wouldn't mind becoming a member but I'm not sure which way to declare. I guess I'll hang around for awhile and it will become clear sooner or later. Just wanted to introduce myself instead of lurking around unannounced. You get shot for that down here. Ha Ha. :sofa:

Keep the shiny side up....

Thanks everybody for the welcome. BTW, Jimmymac I'm not that kind of Mason, I might have a chimney sharpener you could borrow though. Long as I get it back, that is. I think I left it right next to my squeegee sharpener. I'm with the Masons that secretly control the world and all that business.

Welcome
My dad was a Mason and my mother was in the Order of the Eastern Star.
Dad never ever talked about the Mason's so after he died I was curious.
From what I think I read Mason's do not actively seek members. You have to contact them and desire to be one.

You have me curious here so don't take this question the wrong way.
How do you promote Free Masonry in the Motorcycle world? I thought it was a tight lipped organization.

If I was promoting something.... anything.... I'd use that little picture at the bottom of baalz's signature. How could you fail if your using that... I think it keeps my attention longer than the captain's avatar.

There is a Masons lodge two blocks from my house.

You obviously didn't catch the sarcasm in my first post.

I took care of the chimney myself a couple years ago, but thanks for the offer.

Your absolutely right. I can't ask anyone to become a Mason. But I can ask them to become an Associate member of the Widows Sons. Once they experience the true Brotherhood they more often than not ask for a petition. Masonry has changed over the years. We are not a secret society were are a society with secrets. I can tell you alot about us without revealing anything that would break my obligation to the Brotherhood. We are the oldest Fraternity in existence today and we haven't gotten this far without changing with the times. If I can answer any other questions let me know.

Sorry Jimmymac, I thought you'd catch where I was coming from. Not Military?

Thanks again for all the welcomes, especially from Nurse Ratched, I think I'm feeling a little sick, cough, cough.

The "2 B 1 Ask 1" thing is now state by state, Us Hoosiers can ask somebody to join. I think that just changed for us within the last year.
