Suggestion, to keep this forum up to snuff, I suggest a penalty, one that will really have an impact.

A serious violation will get you;

A $100 Gift Certificate to the Waffle House, and is to be used from midnight thru 4 am.

O/K, rechecking my calculations.......lets see, 12 less 4, divided by 2, times 6, equals........ahh...got it! 24, yep, open 24 hours. So ya get 24 hours to spend the 100 bucks.
