But mainly only work with HD blue tooth headsets...

I am going to have to break down and get one of those and the satellite radio module. The Zumo 650 is getting a little long in the bluetooth.

I have one. I just need to install it.

You need the dealer too flash the radio to enable it.

Still unclear if it works with Scala, but I'm going to give it a shot

I'm just kinda pizzed the radio doesn't support the factory Bluetooth headset without spending $300.00 plus install labor.

But after it is installed will, maybe, might support other brands in a lessened operational performance level.

I hear ya.

Not that I care TOO much about sound quality being half deaf and all, but it still doesn't seem legal to degrade performance with 3rd party equipment. Imagine if they did that with air filter elements
