What do y'all think ....?
....of hard saddlebags on a V-Rod??
I want some.... just don't know if I'd want to invest in them knowing I might trade my bike as soon as my trucklet is paid off. |
Eh, strikes me as a soft leather style bike, but that's JMO.
|
I've never seen bags on one. I don't think E Glide style bags would look appropriate. But there might be some after market ones that look good.
|
Get you some bags darling. . .you can always take them off before you trade it in. . .I'd love to have some but I don't think they'd look right on Tawanda. . . :Tonya:

How much gas will those bags hold?

Probably wouldn't make it handle any better, and yeah, fuel capacity is still an issue. :banghead: |
There's a guy that has them around here. Doesn't look bad.

trade it and get a bike with bags. :Poke:

I think it would mess up the look of the bike.

Then 8-Ball sends you a picture of a Road Rod or something with the long nose harley front end and you like it........:Poke: ....you here me? I think i need to give Gray a call just to hear his voice!..( Sir,Gray) |
When travelling to Butte, Montana a couple of years ago, a lady on a V-Rod with saddlebags passed me up. She ended up staying at the same motel in Butte, and was just getting off her bike when I rolled up. She had saddlebags on it and a dog carrier to carry her dog.
I don't think it looked that bad at all.... |
