Granddaughter's first ink
 

After years of being pestered, I finally relented and let my granddaughter get her first ink - a kanjii symbol for love. After getting the prerequisite permission from her mom and grandma, we sat down and went at it. First, we picked the location and placed the stencil.

Once it was placed, we got down to business.

It didn't take long to complete the outline......

That's great on so many levels.
