I cancelled several reservations today with assurance there will be no cancellation charges.

I need EVERYONE who made a reservation there to post up so that I can be sure all have been cancelled and no one will encur charges.

I canceled yesterday, I had asked what cancellation policy is, when I made the reservation, and they told me 48 hours before stay was their policy.

Yours were two that still showed when I called yesterday and requested that all the reservations in our group be cancelled and that it be without the $50 cancellation fee.


Yours did not show on the list when I called. Please make sure they refund the entire "First nights fee" they charged when making the reservation.

I'll have to call again and make sure, nobody said anything about a cancellation fee.


Tammy is who I talked to yesterday, said she was new, but did give me a cancellation number...:doh:

They never charged me yet. Ill keep an eye out for it. I do remember when I made the reservation, they kept transferring me around. People at the hotel did not want to do it, people at their "service": said the hotel has to do it. It was a mess!!!

Maybe for the best another place is found??

OK, just got off the phone and they show me canceled with no cancellation fee.

As I have canceled prior to the 48 or more hours before the stay.
