Fuel Schmell.....

1800 miles in the last 4 days and a few mods I'm discovering I may not be happy with. I loved the look of this air filter, but I'm getting whiffs of fuel... Sometimes when I get off the throttle after hammering it hard for a bit or shutting it down in a buddies garage after an all day tear...
That air cleaner is short and filtered on the top also so a lot of exposed media?? That's all I can think of and the only thing that has changed...
Thoughts??

Fuel stand off, it doesn't just happen to carbed bikes. Enough time running the engine and you soak the filter with it.

Ya, I was thinking those lines, but a heavy breather was fine but the uber open new one not so much.....

Usually only pushes the fuel halo out an inch or two from the throat. Heavy breather filter element is too far out around a curve to absorb the fuel.
