Bringing their in room coffee pot to the lobby and filling it from the pump pots and taking it back to their room, leaving empty pump pots.

Well, if you automatically delivered fresh coffee to each room each morning, this sort of thing wouldn't be necessary. :whistling:

Sadly so many unable to fend for themselves anymore.
