Ken Burns and Viet Nam
 

Anyone else watching this series on PBS?
I was not there but I remember all the stuff that happened stateside and how our gummint lied to us.
The series presents both American sides and North Viet Nam and Viet Cong sides.
Pretty dramatic if you lived through it.

Started to watch. Brought back too many bad memories.

I am not watching the Viet Nam special. It still seems too recent to be history.

Some things you don't want to go through again.

I'm planning to binge watch it in the near future. Ken Burns is among the best at what he does and the subject matter is very timely for us today.

Our leaders certainly didn't learn many lessons from that war.

Our leaders learned nothing from that war.

I've been watching Very Good it took Ten years to make this film.Corruption was everywhere.. What if Lying was against the Law in Politics Its just become a form of Art!!!
