I've given good feedback on this dealership before, but they've earned it again.

Back in December I needed to finish up a gift certificate that my former co-workers in Atlanta got me when I left back in June of 2010. Actually, I was informed that the gift certificate had already expired a few months earlier. They still honored every last cent and I walked out with a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff including a bike cover and new set of grips.

I haven't been in a hurry to put the grips on because I've still kinda been diggin' the comments I get about my home made duct tape grips. However -- the motivation finally hit and I went to put them on. That's when I realized I'd gotten the wrong ones. I know -- 41...

I had no receipt, the package was opened (although undamaged), and I'd already installed the left side grip. I went in, acknowledged that every ounce of the issue was my fault and asked if they'd let me swap them out.

They guy didn't blink. Walked right over, got the right set in the new style, and swapped 'em out.

This is just another in a long line of little things this dealership has gotten right in the three years since I've been here.

Well done.

Gotta love it. . . I so wish CCHD would get a clue! But first they'd have to get a mechanic. :whistling:

Two grips...
One for a shovel and one for the hoe?

I haven't used him yet, but Highmiles tells me Tilley happens to have one of the best tuners around.
