Xkvator 10-31-2008 08:03 PM

wife makin' him sell it...?

Highmiles 10-31-2008 08:06 PM

Not my favorite bike by him. Nice, but a crazy price. Maybe $25K.

squish 10-31-2008 08:26 PM

you're payin for the name......i like almost if not all of his work. in my mind (small as it is) he is a true craftsman. i do think he got a little big for his britches with all of the TV stuff after the discovery channel special motorcycle mania. like i said i still like his work.....hell i have one of his fenders...

i'll have to say for an after market piece it's defiantly high quality, easier twice as thick as the factory fender....it did take 12 weeks for them to make it though...

TimmyD 10-31-2008 08:50 PM

...ought to part it out for redistrubution...

KingThrasher 10-31-2008 08:51 PM

Well ya gotta add at least $30.00 just for the 2-1/2 gallons of Fuel.
And I agree, its not my favorite bike by him.

I know... fender, not rim, but I thought it was funny.

Q-Dog 10-31-2008 09:01 PM

I wonder how much he wants for those nice gloves?...

How would you like to put about a 1000 miles on that ground-pounder in a day?
It makes my kidneys hurt just looking at it.

Jeffytune 11-01-2008 12:52 AM

I don't get it, he names it the white bike, and yet, it's like mudd brown?

The bike is a chain smoker.

I think a hundred would be my limit.

Around here it'd get ridden to the Broken Oar where it'd get mentioned that it was Jesse James' old bike. Some oohs and some ahhs. Then after a while the price'd get mentioned. More oohs and more ahhs. After a couple free beers the owner'll ride it back home. Everone that hangs out there will be hoping to see you again on the next perfectly clear weekend day.

Isn't pretty much EVERYTHING else he makes black... so to him that is as white as he can do. I think that's the point anyway... but I really don't know.
