How does the last weekend in October sound to you?

I was trying to pull off an October ride, but most folks are scheduled pretty tight. The last weekend in October is the big Galveston rally so it looks like the first weekend in November is going to be the call. The motel is pretty empty that weekend. The weather is pretty iffy that late in the year so thought should be given to bringing the truck or trailer and just enjoying the camaraderie and (perhaps) beverages.

Everybody chime in.

Hell, we can and have had snow on Halloween!

I'm going to be stuck working out of state. Not even sure I'll make Thanksgiving.

Your not alone Ricky. I'm in a different state every week at this job, and Arkansas is rarely one of them :blink:
I was in Abilene week before last. I was personally responsible for bringing down the innerweb south and west of Abilene for a few moments in the wee hours (3:30am.) one of those days. Plus side is I got in some indoor and outdoor range time in for some group therapy :whistling:
