Got hit with a sh*tty blast of winter in the last couple days. All my hunting roads are basically impassable from my scouting run yesterday so there is only one thing that can be done.....

Boston Butt Time and have the neighbours and kids over for a pulled pork feed :DD

12 hour molasses / apple juice / brown sugar brine, kept there fat cap on and away we go!! Now to mix up a little NC style bbq sauce, and get some fresh this morning buns and slaw......

There's nothing like Grilling 365 days out of the year, Rain,sleet,snow or hail a man needs to wrap it up with foil and throw in a fire!!!!
