I Don't GetThe Stranglehold....
I dig my bikes, and usually don't get on the MoCo bashing bandwagon....
But, closing down south of the border sales to Canucks is a load of shite. Our Buck has been on par or above for a LONG tine now, yet our prices are still 20-25% above U.S. pricing. Yes, I realize the Deelly treaty adds a bit, but not that much. The purpose of this is - MoCo says American stores can't sell to me, but if I want to buy kick ass racing program suspension parts from G.M., there is no problem shopping the American sources, the General has it figured, I faintly remember the free trade thing..... WTF Dirk |
If I bought it and sold it to you how would that work?

I need to move to the east coast!! :DD
........ we are snooping N.S. Dirk |
An exclusive import agreement is simply what it is, and all the MoCo's little soldiers are bound by it.

IIRC, there's one guy (Canadian) who owns the rights to import Harley stuff to Canukistan, and he sets all the rules and prices. That may be Deeley, I dunno.

There are west coast Doofs that are 'south' of you ya know...

Check out Lakeshore HD, they have free shipping deals if you buy over $500. If you want to work something out to buy your parts and have them shipped to my address I'll reship to you. I'm in California so the reshipping charges shouldn't be too bad, don't know what tariffs are though.
