Turn Signals
I know I can't be the only one whose turn signals fill up with water when it rains or when I decide to give it a bath.
Thought about sealing them up, but thought that might not be a good idea. I've already had to replace 2 of my LED bulbs for corrosion issues. Cheers! |

Problem #41: You wash it... :whistling: Lemme guess... You need the prospect to drop by and wash it?!? |
Oddly, never a problem. Then again, the BSL only got washed every 5,000 miles.

Are you using a power washer, or hand nozzel on the hose?
I've never had an issue with water in the turn signals. |
Ain't there some sorta o-ring in there, between the lens and housing?
Or are they only on the real geezer-glides? :dunno: |

Don't use a power washer and I don't spray any pressure at the bike when I wash it. More like a drizzle.
Happens in sustained riding in the rain too. These are the smaller bullet type. I'll try the dilectric grease. My bike rarely gets washed. Maybe once or twice a year if I'm lucky |

Could be if it's facing up it could provide a place for water to drain down in... :dunno: |
Blinker fluid?
Really? :roflback: |

Or, it could be drainage from the radio losing signal... |
