I went with Vance & Hines Monster Rounds on my Limited. Nice sound, fairly quiet. They're coupled with the X pipe in my case.

No personal experience but the S&S Mk45's and/or Grand Nationals seem pretty popular with the M8 owners. And they are 50 state EPA approved according to S&S.

Fullsac 1.75" power cores in CVO mufflers. Plenty of CVO take-offs on ebay, easy peasy to take out the old baffles and bolt in the new......

Opted for the S&S MK45's for my recently acquired 17 RGU. They arrived yesterday and I have about 50 miles on them so far. I'm liking them! Most importantly, the wife likes them! After all, the bike was bought on Mother's Day! They were a little TOO quiet with the db killer baffles installed. Wifey said take them out! More testing in store on the trip home from work today.
