I could probably squat 300lbs to parallel once at this point. Damn knee worries the crap out of me north of 300. Surgery on it 10 years ago, the doc told me to expect to get it replaced in 10 years at the time. So far, working out at 255 (will be 260 this afternoon when I hit the iron again) isn't hurting, but the noises it makes about makes you want to puke.
