Well, I have a mallet finger (yes like the hammer) ripped the tendon between the top and middle knuckle on my ring finger and in return it turned the tip of my finger 90 degrees down, had surgery to re attach the tendon then they inserted a metal pin through the tip of my finger to the middle knuckle to hold it in place for 8 weeks, I go next week to get the pin removed and hope for the best.
