The Crossbreed line of super tuck and mini tuck holsters are a good holster for tucking your shirt over the holster and pistol, between the holster and the waist band and belt clips. Just a bit of tugging and adjusting to get the shirt end between the waist band and holster.

The one I picked up at Sportsman's Warehouse, for my S&W Shield was in the $65 range.

I wear a tee shirt over it, haven't tried a real button up shirt yet.
