Hey, if it's cheap, grab it!
I swapped Delphi injection from an '03 onto my '01 (Marelli injected) and everything fit between the years. The cylinder head temp is the ONLY thing I can think of that MIGHT not fit...but there's probably a kit to make it fit.
And the '01s seem to run strong!
