Oh boy, I just love tire threads.

It appears that the E3s are being phased out in favor of the E4s. I can still find the rear in my size but not the front. It's a shame because the E3 rear lasted 4-6K more miles than anything else I've had on there. And the front is still going strong, albeit with a tube, after two separate nail holes.

Early reports are that the E4 does not have the same groovy performance on reground, metal, tar & chip and rain grooved surfaces and the front in particular tracks pretty badly.

How is the American Elite on those types of roads? I need a new rear
