Scotch-Irish, mostly, with good chunks of regular Irish and Welsh, and bits of English, French Swiss, Dutch, African, Choctaw, and Cherokee (yep, right there on the Dawes Rolls).
Can't get a whole lot more American than that mish-mash of cultures, but my kids added Norwegian from dad's side and my niece's mom is from Mexico.
