Progressive Monotube

Put a set on the bike yesterday (with a ton of help from all the visitors). Only went for a quick 20 mile or so spin, but my initial impression is very good. Brake dive is all but gone, the "crashing" feeling on bad roads is gone. The overall feel is firmer, but that's not a bad thing. The forks react to the road surface once, then they're done.....Rather than the stock springs which just keep on oscillating.

If you're considering them, Eastern Performance has them dirt cheap, with an additional 10% off thru tomorrow. So they're like $220 shipped to your door. That's a bargain as far as I'm concerned.
