Tenants breaking the lease on the manufactured home and leaving me with $1300 in unpaid lot rent fees has not improved my disposition much.
Looks like I'm gonna have to put a lien on the bike so I can pay for all the bullshat they created, then its to court to attempt to get 'blood from a stone'.
