I've been doing all three with each change, but while the engine oil is very dirty and the primary is fairly dirty, the trans oil comes out as clean as it went in. I may stretch that out a little. I'm betting the primary would be cleaner if I could get everything to stop leaking.
Still, if it's the first 5K miles, I'd do all of them now and then start following the recommended intervals. I used to be a 3K, now I'm at least a 5K. Especially with the switch to synthetic.
