Does this sound familiar.
Heap many moons ago when I got my first Harley, which I still have, people used to ask me "is that a real Harley?". This is in the UK and they were far a few between.
If anything went wrong I pulled over and opened a small tool bag and fixed whatever it was there and then.
Now if anything goes wrong I unpack my laptop plug in cables and run a complete diagnosis to find out it is the same problem I was having over 20years ago.
So I open my small tool bag and fix it. Then I have to run the diagnosis programme to clear the error codes etc etc etc.
Electronics are just a load of crap and quite unnecessary in many cases.
How did we manage without them? Easily.
