There have been a lot of complaints about that carb...contrary to the claims it's nearly impossible to tune and requires continual tweaking...(I believe this is the one that was discussed in length on other forums)

This is what I'm running and have had no issues...it's really easy to tune/maintain and it's shorter than most carbs...Zippers adds a "Thunderjet" to it and calls it the S&S "G1"...it's set up for bikes at about 100 cubic inches...
