Newest Stack Barrel.... Da Wifey's
I have the same rig except in 12ga flavour but my 118lb Auto started to b*tch that it was too much in the weight dept to truly have a fun round of clays with the kids.
I will not be that guy to discourage involvement in the shooting sports so a 20 it is, and todays arrival back from the brought a nice surprise from my favourite enabler...... Im average to large on the mitts scale, I thought it was a .410 for a second! She is happy, therefore so am I.... A 28 is in my not to distant future... me thinks Dirk |

A 20 gauge will make you a better shooter. Very nice shotgun Dirk.

I agree with my esteemed friend Skip. I've always had a soft spot for the 20 for some reason.

I always had a hankering for a 16, dad said they were under powered.
Along with the surplus M1 Carbines not worth $80 bucks. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk

Nice, now when you start looking for a 28 gauge you might as well add the .410 as you would need all four gauges should you ever decide to give it a go at a registered skeet shoot.
I have a fondness for Browning shotguns. I have an Citori XT Trap double barrel and two BT-99 single barrels that I use for trap. For skeet so far I have a Ruger Red Label 20 gauge double barrel and a Franchi Alcion 28 gauge double barrel. I have used my XT for skeet but the trap rib is pretty tall and the 32 inch barrels are a little long for that application. Oh well I guess that gives me an excuse to buy a couple of more Browning double barrels.......
