Farewell to Polarbear
Kenny's funeral was Saturday morning, June 2nd. At the request of Kay, Amy and I had the honor of transporting Kenny's ashes from the funeral home to the cemetery. After the service, we walked through the flags of the American Legion riders to the bikes. We led the group to the cemetery, with Special Kay on Kenny's trike, operated by her son, immediately behind us. Family followed them, then the Legion riders.
A short graveside service followed, then family and friends were invited to take a handful of dirt and drop it into the grave. After the service, many of us started or bikes and roared the exhaust as a farewell. Many of you weren't able to attend, so I thought I'd pass this on.

Thank you so much Richard. I really wanted to attend but it was too far and Mike couldn't get time off.
