This is what plugs look like when you have to remove the intake plenum to change plugs.
210k miles. I'm pretty sure they were factory units. |

The harder it is to get to, the less likely it will get done.
If they would only make the design engineers work out in the shop one week a month, things would get easier.

Sometimes the third valve roller rocker takes out the lifter making it seem like a number 3 cylinder misfire...

BTW, it can be done without using the "recommended method".

Not factory ,don't know of Oe NGK plugs.and that kinda mileage is not likely

Hah!... In a weak moment, ages ago, I test drove one of them. It was brand new and the rear diff whined like crazy. Clearly it was setup wrong or lacking gear lube. I commented to the sales guy on the ride-along that the rear end needed to be fixed. He immediately responded that, no, they all do that. We were just arriving at a stop sign and i stopped the car, looked him in the eye and paused for effect... and said "well then, they ALL need to be fixed".
What a sad little machine was the diesel Chevette.
