Question wasn't aimed at me but I'm always interested in who is reading what. Since last midwinter I've been working my way through Costumes of the World and Clausewitz's On War interspersed with less weighty volumes that range from Dr. Seuss's Sneetches and Other Stories to Pomegranite Soup. Post-apocolypse fiction is not my favored genre but I'm almost finished with Blood Red Road and plan to look for other titles by the same author.
So what're all you other night owls and insomniacs reading? By the way, you insomniacs might try Clausewitz's ponderous Prussian prose as a sleep aid.

Disgraceful lack of insomniacs lately. I'm up coughing my head off and here's no one around to either sympathize or make silly unsympathetic comments about my cold. I hope I am getting over this being sick nonsense now and will not have to worry about reading medication instructions in German next week.

I hope so. I am about tired of this coughing and I've already had the exeprience of being ill 5000 or so miles from home. A trip to Europe while in perfect health would be novel and very welcome. We had two performances locally on Thursday and I lost my voice by the end of the last song. We have two more performances locally on Monday and I am hoping to be able to start out with a voice at the very least.

There are worse places to sleep than bike trailers. For example...
places with screaming nieces and snoring husbands. CPAP machine took care of the latter at my house. Don't know what to tell you about the screaming baby. My sympathy to you.
