I know several of you use these at night. I saw a commercial for this item and looked it up. I know nothing about it but I pass it on FYI.

Had problems as long as I can remember snoring and breathing while sleeping. Primary cause is a deviated septum which causes "nasal collapse" when laying on my side. Tried the nose strips but the adhesive caused the skin on my nose to get raw and painful. Then I found THESE. They work great and no painful skin irritation.
