Hope the wrist heals on its own. I've broken bones in my wrists a few times. Immobilize and wait. It's always seemed to have fixed itself after about 6 weeks.
The crash bar? a piece of 2 x 6 and a 16 pound sledge hammer. Protect the chrome with the wood. Hit it with the sledge. Couple of hits oughta do it. If not, how much do you want for the bent ones? Ken |
