Progress continues, covfefe.

I told you it would be YUGE!

The trusses are up there, and it certainly makes the visual impact larger. Soon, the trusses will be all in their places and some final shape will emerge.

My kids have been super supportive through this and Alexa specifically has worked her ASS off on it. This is my Father's Day present!

Going quite slowly these days, but that's alright.
I've got one truss left to place and now the rain from the tropical storm has started up (at midnight) so I'll hit it again tomorrow.
I'm hoping that by Sunday afternoon I'll be starting up with some metal.

I've just now completed setting all the trusses. I had an issue with a post/ section of wall that was not straight due to one of the posts no longer being straight. I spent way too much time *forcing* it back in line.
All sorted now, on up with the "purlins".

Never built a pole barn, but I can imagine getting things plumb, level and square would be a chore.

Once that treated lumber gets the sun it starts moving and twisting.
